Rain, rain, go away

I think I've changed my opinion on snow.  At least in snow you get some traction.  We had rain today and since we still have so much snow...it froze in a thick layer on my road and driveway.  It took me THREE tries to get up to the house tonight...grrr.

Yikes! Slippery!

On top of the slick roads, since we live out in the country, our lines freeze and the power goes out.
So I guess I'm retracting my ban against snow...anything is better than slippery roads.
What weather do you loathe most?
P.S. Apparently the neither sleet, nor snow, nor rain will keep the mailman away is no longer true.  We've had the spottiest mail delivery over the last month.
